We recently sold a house and lock-up garage through Todd & Hartridge, and could not have been happier with the service that we received from Alastair and his team. From our first meeting with Alastair we were impressed by his professionalism, friendliness and genuine interest he showed in the property. His valuation of both the house and garage would turn out to be spot on. We also sought valuations from a couple of larger commercial estate agencies but preferred the more traditional and personal service that Todd & Hartridge offered, and we are so pleased that we decided to go with them. Alastair conducted all the viewings himself which was a real bonus as he had familiarised himself with the property during the valuation. His assistance and involvement were invaluable in ensuring that the sales proceeded to completion, achieved in no small part by his responsive and diplomatically assertive approach.
