I have rented from this company many times. . Probably 6 yrs total with 3 different homes. I have nothing but positive things to say. Any time I had an issue they were there within days. Seth was always professional and had bo conflicts. My rent was always paid on time. Ialways got my deposits back without question.

I couldn't be happier with my landlord's service! They consistently respond to maintenance requests promptly, ensuring that any issues are resolved swiftly. Me and my husband have had bad experiences with previous companies but so far this place has been very diligent and nice about anything we have brought up. From little requests like fixing a drawer to larger ones like having our AC unit checked out when the house wasn't cooling properly during last years heat wave, they always responded within 24 hrs.

I am a little surprised to see negative reviews here because my experience has been great. I can't speak to their 'friendliness' but they have never been rude to me. I do not require my landlord to be overly friendly or social. I only ask they be response when I need them and Seth and Express have been. Recently my AC went out. I called them at 8 and the AC company called at 8:30 and cold air was running through my house again by 9:30. That is great service in my opinion. I have never missed or been late for a rent payment in 3 years I have been at this house and I keep up the maintenance as listed in my lease so I do my part as well. EDIT: so I just wanted to add an update since I moved on. These guys are truly awesome to work with. They didn't try to screw me or anything when I moved on. Definitely recommend them
