The online representatives are horrible. I have been dealing with them to handle my aunt's affairs for years. Every time I call they treat me like I am a random person not the POA on her account. If you love your family that has to take care of you while you are here or gone sell and put the funds somewhere else because they will NOT be helpful for your loved ones!!!!

I've been a Fidelity customer for 47 years and I've had good and well trained advisors for almost all of that time, but recently (within the last three years) the experience with my assigned Wealth Management advisor at the Altamonte Springs office has been very unsatisfactory. I've tried to reach out to upper management at the branch but they are unresponsive and don't seem to care. I'd stay FAR AWAY from this branch of Fidelity until they make some changes. Don't use this branch. They have lost it.
