My wife and I are very pleased with our new building from Fetterville sales. The design technology was very helpful. It is structurally sound, with a very flexible crew working through some very adverse weather conditions. While shopping around we found pricing to be very competitive.

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor. There was very little communication from the company or salesman. After they received our deposit their attitude completely changed to where it was about satisfying them and not us the customer. Through the building process we were never contacted to see if things were done to our satisfaction. The salesman refused to give me a start date for the building until the materials were delivered. Installation of the garage doors was delayed which in turn delayed the concrete contractor from doing his job. We had a defective entry door which they did replace but we were never contacted to see if we were satisfied with the new door. Our biggest disappointment is that the garage doors do not come down all the way. We had to hire a garage door company to fix the problem at an additional cost of $1,600. Unfortunately, we are caught in the middle of the blame game where it's the other contractor's fault. We have learned a valuable lesson from this experience and will never do business with Fetterville again.

Our sale rep Gehrig was great at executing the design and details for our build and was able to work with us on our time frame and budget. The builders, Ivan and his team were awesome to work with and their work is impeccable. Their attention to detail was impressive.

The guys from Fetterville Pole Buildings did an awesome job! Brian stayed with me through the entire build. All inspections, materials drop off, workers starting all went flawlessly. In 3 days, the building was up and ready to move in. The workers were hard working, respectful and considerate. They put in full days, and they each did their respective jobs quickly and efficiently. Great value at a fair price. There is nobody else I would ever consider to put up a pole building for me!
