Such a beast of a realtor! this man gets it DONE. seriously, I thought owning a home was just a pipe dream.. but Collin made my little families dream come true. He works NONstop, and wrote up the perfect offer the seller couldn’t refuse. He facilitated all contact needed with the seller, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. He made home buying seem much less stressful than it usually is. My parents had used him to buy their current home, and hired him right away for us as soon as we told them we needed a house for our twin girls who recently started to crawl. I am beyond grateful for Collin and the members of his office (shoutout to Mitch!). Can’t recommend him enough. He will make your dreams come true.

I lived at the apartments in Nevada on South 11th Street and it was one of the worst experiences I have had at an apartment. There was cockroaches in the building for 8 months the last year I lived there. The hot water heater went out 4 times the last two months I lived there and twice it was for a week at a time. The apartment was not in good condition when I moved in and they basically stole my deposit when I moved out without even giving me a inventory on what they thought I damaged. I would stay away from living at any of their locations. They were slow on snow removal and multiple times only pushed out the drive with couple of swipes and didn't even worry about the sidewalk. They will steal your deposit for sure not matter how well you take care of their rundown apartments. The tube in my apartment didn't even drain all the way cause it sagged in the middle.
