Bought a car there. Paid for it in May and didn't get it until the end of July. They blamed everything on the pandemic and, to a certain extent, I was totally understanding. The pandemic put a wrench in things. However, their communication is SOOOO bad. They never kept their word on anything and forced me to have to double check everything they told me. One department doesn't know what the other is doing and every time I went, I had one problem or another. Not to mention they were not transparent or forthright with the actual price of the car. Every time I went there, I had something else to pay. Not once did they explain why or what I was paying, they would just say "here pay this". The administration is horrible and disorganized. If I had to do it again, I would have gone somewhere else. Its really a shame.
