BEWARE OF SCAM!!!! They tried to upsell me $3500 worth of vaccines without accepting insurance. Went to a real travel clinic at a hospital and it turned out I didn’t even need half the ones I was recommended. Additionally, they are FOR PROFIT!!! Avoid at all costs. Visit a travel doctor at a hospital.

When I read the Google Reviews about Passport Health in Boston and John Hayes before my visit, it sounded too good to be true - I thought people must have been paid to write such glowing reviews. But my experience with Passport Health was phenomenal, and now I see what folks have been raving about! Their employees went above and beyond my expectations. I tried getting an appointment at several local hospitals and was unable to get a appointment before my upcoming trip. Passport Health got me in the next day, and the person who made my appointment over the phone was an excellent customer service rep. I can't remember their name - but they were great! I especially appreciate the nurse I met in the Boston clinic, John Hayes. John was kind and patient, answered all of my questions thoroughly (was even upfront about the cost of each aspect of the visit), and gave me lots of advice that I appreciated since I have never been to Ecuador. He is one of the best health professionals I have ever worked with. I will only go to Passport Health in the future after many poor experiences in travel clinics elsewhere. A+ to John and the Passport Health team!
