At first, the move started out well. However, the claims process with their parent company is a nightmare. They lost my items and will not reimburse me even though I have insurance. The claim's adjuster disappeared and did not respond to email or voicemail for 4 months. I also called the main claims dept. phone number several times and would be put on hold and then the call would be disconnected. They also owe me $25 for boxes because I was overcharged and trying to get that reimbursement has taken one year! It is very frustrating. I even contacted the CEO of the parent company, Sirva! No response. Look for a mover who has a scanner system that scans barcodes they attach to your boxes and items. A better way to not lose your personal belongings. Don’t sign any delivery receipt until you have accounted for every item. They didn’t give me time to go through all my items and implied that I was required to sign it at delivery. Putting, stickers with numbers on your items is a very antiquated way of doing inventory. Not allowing the customer to manually count and inventory your items upon delivery is a no win for the consumer!

Highly recommend! Adrian and his crew were outstanding in the move. The load and unload went meticulously, they were all very careful with every item and box they loaded and unloaded. Christy was great in organizing our move and made it stress free for us. I would most definitely recommend to anyone who’s moving in or out of state.
