Dr. Tran sharing his encyclopedic knowledge, thoroughness, professionalism and charming personality were the highlights of my pre surgery, surgery and follow up. I was pleasantly surprised that my recovery was so easy as I had no pain and very little swelling. It was so easy. I was very anxious with the drive to a new office and a new appointment. The check in was fast. The assistant was friendly and efficient to put me at ease while collecting information. Dr. Tran was very thorough, respectful and friendly for this initial check up. His thoughtful explanations in detail about the gum graft with photos of my teeth and related documents helped me a lot to ease my anxiety, to promote the understanding and acceptance of the procedure without any pressure. Dr. Tran's advices on the gum care with the gentle brushing, appropriate tooth paste, mouth rinse, floss and water pik and gift of a soft tooth brush are very appreciated also to adjust my harsh teeth and gum care routines. The follow up guotation on the entire gum graft procedure is complete for the insurance coverage. I also welcome the large and clean office. The entire experience deserves a five star rating and high recommedation of Dr. Tran.
