We recently moved to A+ Association Accounting and had many questions. When I first called, Daisy pointed me in the right direction which helped a lot. Ralph is our accounting contact and has been able to answer all of my questions promptly and clearly. He told me about their VendorSmart app which is a great tool for vetting new vendors and sent me instructions and a link to a video explaining the vendor invoice approving process. I have confidence this move is the best thing for our HOA because we can expect to have the assistance that we need and be able to keep within our budget.
