I liked their Issey Miyake impression on first trial and so I ordered again. The spray turned out to be defective for which I complained and they sent me a replacement for which I was charged shipping(?!) upon complaining about this the shipping amount was refunded but why was I charged in the first place for replacement of a defective product? Lo and behold, the spray on the replacement bottle also stopped working after some use. When I complained about this, their rep told me to take it to a perfume shop and have it repaired myself. When I insisted it's not my responsibility he said well you've already used more than 50% so now we won't replace it. I mean it's not my problem that your product doesn't work properly, why should I take it to a perfume shop to have it repaired? When I mentioned writing about this on socials, they said ok we will arrange a replacement but stopped replying after that. After I followed up yet again and expressed how their customer service is lacking, some operations manager called me and said I will directly make sure you are sent a replacement by today or tomorrow. This was on April 14th and as of today Apr 22 I still haven't received anything from them. I followed up again today and the rep said 'manager abhi hein nahi, ayeingay to mein baat karta hoon' Cheaper materials were used to cut costs, which turned out defective and then ownership or attention to customer service whatsoever - they try to just delay with the hope that it'll be forgotten. I'm not one for publicly writing about such situations as I feel businesses should be given the opportunity to make it right with their customers first, but I was left with no choice here - I saw their owner saying their a very customer focused business and I just want to say that is misleading and its actually the opposite. Wouldn't buy again or recommend!

Recently I just ordered 2 perfumes. Fragrance is Good but personally one of them i didn't like. The fragrance was light. So they changed. Moral of the story customer service is good. Fragrance is to good. Almost 6 fragrance buys. 2 of them are with me
