Customer experiences
I ate dinner here for the first time a short time ago while I was in the area for something else. At the time we showed up here it wasn’t too busy but got busier shortly afterwards. We tried the Original Fat Burger and enjoyed it. I would have it again in the future but would also like to try many of the other burgers here as well as their chicken and milkshakes. There is also plenty of seating here when it is nice out due to having a patio here. The experience here was pretty good but wish there was an easier way to read the menu here as people with visual difficulties or disabilities to figure out what to eat if you don’t come here often because a cell phone isn’t always the answer either.
My recent visit to Fatburger Preston Crossing was nothing short of delightful. I opted for the Fatburger Beef Burger, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The patty was exquisitely juicy, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful—a true testament to quality. The burger was not only satisfying but also generously portioned, with the single patty being more than sufficient. I was particularly impressed by the server's attentiveness; her thoughtful suggestion to stick with a single patty, considering my needs, was greatly appreciated and demonstrated exceptional customer service. The fries were a perfect accompaniment, crispy and well-seasoned, rounding out an overall exceptional meal. I would confidently rate my experience a well-deserved 4.5 out of 5
One of my favourite post-workout treats. It is SO GOOD. The employees are also super friendly.
I was worried about the price. A burger here is a couple more dollars than, say, the hamburger at the sugar Shack. I panicked about the menu, I'm not too familiar with it. and ordered my Hawaiian burger with grilled pineapple and teriyaki sauce. An awesome combo. Speaking of combos, I ordered that too. So my burger and fries and drink were $20 tip and tax in. None too shabby. I took advantage of the non-stop pop while waiting for my order to go through. This was a take out order and was done in good time. The food was more than enough! It was a great big burger, larger, I'd say, than a whopper at BK. The place was clean and had sports on three TVs. The iced tea was out of order.
