I really wanted to shoutout Anna for her fantastic customer service. I came back twice (to do a necklace exchange), I got my initial purchase during a 15% off promotion. The promotion happened to end and the girls were understandably unable to honour the 15% for the exchange. However, she was able to give me 10% even though I had previously used my email for a code already. The debit/credit machine was giving us a bit of trouble but being in retail myself, I know how the tech can be sometimes! I definitely didn't mind being patient while doing the transaction because Anna was just very pleasant the entire time. Keep up the great work :)

I stopped by because I wanted to browse and see what collections Mejuri might potentially have for their Black Friday deals. the lady at the door said “hi can you wait?” as I was about to walk in. She said there’s only 1 person working who could assist me and she was currently helping someone. The store was empty outside that one customer and the one person working. I wasn’t going to form a line to simply browse. They could have let me take a look and then ask for assistance if I needed it but I wasn’t even let the chance to walk in or asked if I wanted to browse. I wanted to see the quality in person & thought 12:30 pm on a Tuesday would be a good time (I guess not)

Considering adding some new earrings to my daily rotation so I stopped by Mejuri. The employee (whose name I didnt get but she wears glasses and had a Pikachu bandaid on) was so kind! Thank you for being so patient and assisting me with trying on a couple of hoop earrings and charms! Didn't purchase anything today, but she emailed me the items I was interested in so I could reference them a lot faster than individually searching for them on the site. I really appreciate it :)

I drove over an hour to come in for a bracelet repair after it was sadly broken, and I arrived on a day mejuri was hosting a private event. Despite being very busy Abby was so kind, patient and understanding. She did everything she could to help assist me despite the circumstances, and was able to assist me in replacing my damaged item. Being a manager of a retail store myself I know how it works with private events and she easily could’ve turned me down but she provided me that type of service that we all hope for when something like this happens. This isn’t me saying an exception should always be made for anyone, I know I got lucky. but regardless if you shop here you’re in good hands. 10/10 experience 😊
