Lisa (Liz)Love the shop and the options. The layout display and collection is top notch. If you wish to shop Zara but on budget you must visit HnM showrooms. The only letdown was there was hardly any staff to support with quick shopping or recommendations. Also it took us almost half hour to complete billing as the staff didn't know how to get us to to download the app. We almost refused for any discount and mentioned we do not want to download the app since it took so much longer. The staff must be trained well. There is a specific standards that can be maintained. Not forgetting to mentioned, we shopped for children and the collection is lovely.
Sunday2 out of 4 shirts I ordered are dirty. Given that it's new, you don't expect to receive your clothes this way even when you bought it online. This is the review I replied when Hnm sent an email requesting for a review, only to say it did not meet their guidelines. Should the review only be positive? No apology received as well.
salma mojahidI had an incident today in the Deira mall, I was walking towards H&M which is inside the mall, when I entered I realized that my bag bag is not with me, I went to H&M team to check if it was with me when I entered, Mr. Qaisar checked the CCTV camera, but the bag wasn’t with me, he went all the way with me to the previous shop where I was in before and Alhmdulilah we found the bag there, thank you so much Mr Qaisar for your precious efforts🤍🤍
