Kyle Asselin was an agent that knew what he was doing. It was a difficult time this past spring, navigating the crazy vacation property market. He was always available to take my call and was very patient with me. This purchase of a property was a permanent home for me. He helped me jump on the property listing and within 1 1/2 hours, we closed on my dream property in Washago, on the Black River. Kyle was instrumental in bringing this purchase to closing. I changed brokers and found him and I'm so glad I did. He even bought me a replacement bar refrigerator, that was to have been included in the sale, but was not there when I moved in. The Farus team also personally delivered at live edge wood wall clock that must have weighed 20lbs. Just beautiful and it matched the decor of my Muskoka room. Really, there aren't many realtors that I know, and I know over 16, that would compare to his entire attitude towards his chosen field.
