Planet Fitness is very good and clean for the price you pay. I have the Black Card membership for $30 per month, and it’s great that you can bring a friend anytime. The gym is usually not crowded, always clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the parking lot. I’ve had a couple of issues there, and unfortunately, there are a lot of hit-and-run situations. I recommend parking a bit farther from the gym to be safe.

It's a great location. Compared to other gyms I have been to in the area, it's relatively less crowded. The place is clean, bathrooms in particular. Staff is super nice as well. I would recommend it. Edit :They replaced all the gym equipment. It's a brand new gym now with so many new ones. 9/10 Now. (9 for bad music) Also canceled my black card membership recently as I don't use it and it was so easy. Only took like 5 mins. Staff is really supportive.

Beware of this place. Today my wife's locker at Westdale Mall location got broken. It was secured by a padlock. Thief cut the lock. Credits cards, car keys, cash , Driving Licence, Health card got stolen along with clothes. Another lady also reported theft at same time. Planet Fitness refused to take any responsibility or raise the concern to their higher authorities. They kept us waiting in their premises for 3 hrs with our 6 year old kid who was having high fever. They mentioned that at 8 pm they cannot call their manager and manager will look into this issue when he is back on duty after weekend. Staff were laughing at our situation and left the premises even when we were waiting there. They refused to show us video footage and also refused to share contact numbers of manager. As per them thefts happen in their locker room often and customers are responsible for any thefts inside the facility owned by Planet Fitness even when they secured their lockers by a lock

I went here for about a year. The gym itself is good, the machines are nice, and the QR codes make it really easy to learn how everything works. But honestly, the environment became a big problem. There were so many times when kids from the nearby high school caused issues. I was insulted multiple times by groups of them while I was just trying to work out, and I am a larger woman, so it felt very targeted and upsetting. One of the worst experiences was finding male teens in the women’s change room taking photos and on FaceTime. To be fair, the manager handled that situation well and suspended their passes, but things like this happened far too often for me to feel comfortable or safe. Because of that, I eventually stopped going.
