My experiences at The Wild Strawberry salon have been nothing but positive. I have been a client for 13 years and every time I enter the doors, I am pleasantly welcomed with a warm smile by Lucy and Vanessa. I have had the opportunity to get my hair done by many of the stylists. Lui, Angelica, Samantha, Maria and Aileen are truly professionals who take the time to really get to know what colour, cut and style suits me while also listening to what I want. Angelica is a great stylist who takes her time with every blow dry to make sure it looks just right. Her gentleness and patients is truly evident in her work. I look forward to my every three week appointments. It’s a beautiful warm and welcoming place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had an amazing experience at The Wild Strawberry Salon! All the staff were very welcoming and courteous. In particular, Vanessa at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to my changing schedule. My stylist, Sam, did a great job and listened to exactly what I wanted! I would definitely recommend the Wild Strawberry Salon to anyone!

I’ve been a happy customer of Wild Strawberry for over 9 years until today, I called to try & get an appointment booked for my daughter & myself & the receptionist said she can’t book me an appointment until we do a consultation first. I told her that I’m not a new customer & that the staff are very familiar with our hair & what I do, she said we still need to come for a consultation because it’s been a long time since we last visited .. well with COVID I was trying to avoid being at public places, she still insisted that she can’t book my appointment before a consultation (even though all my details showed up in her system). This really made me feel like I’m not valued at all as being a loyal customer (I used to bring in all my family of 5 to get their hair done), & their senior hair stylist Louis knows me very well. Very disappointed at how I was treated over the phone ….
