Roseanne ErbI was a gold customer. Been using for 8 years. Never shopped around because they always had the best prices and you can find almost anything you need for food service. Not anymore because they are no longer cost effective on many products. Used to buy tapioca pearls. Now the price break is 16 cases! Each case has 6-7lb bags. That’s over 650 lbs! And shipping used to be reasonable. Not anymore. Pricing all over the place. 2 very large cases of ice cream pint containers are $13 to ship which is good. 1- 25lb case of walnuts is $14. Or a $5 plastic syrup bottle pump is $15.67 to ship. How does that make sense? And recently I order something online, shows it’s in stock but takes a week or more to arrive. Guessing it ships from a third party. I live 25 mins away and continue to use for mostly paper products. They lost a lot of business from me. However, the on site staff, phone customer service is great and I have never had issues with returns. (Which are rare)
