We had our roof completely replaced and everything was done excellently and professionally as also verified by the City Inspector. Laya dropped by to check on the progress of the work and explained to us in detail present progress and the finishing portion of the project. This kind of communication completely put us at ease from the beginning to the end of the project which was completed with a thorough cleanup. Thanks Family Roofing for a job well done.

Laya communicated thoroughly the entire process, clearly walking us through every step with our insurance and the process of roof repair. We are especially for the attention to detail and care she provided helping us select new shingles and gutters for our new roof — and it looks absolutely amazing! Laya’s crew was also extremely professional and attentive to detail through the roof installation — we did not find a single nail or scrap on our property following the installation.
