I had such an amazing experience at this dentistry with Dr.Choi. I had an issue grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw while sleeping, to the point that my jaw would hurt. I explained my situation to him and he recommended a mouth guard. It was the hard version (which is better since I can use it to replace my retainer), vs the soft one. The process was quick, easy, and painless. Once I received my mouth guard, we adjusted the thickness and bite to make it fit more comfortably in my mouth. The added bonus is that it's not bulky at all! Since then, my sleep has gotten so much better and as a related result, also helped with my heart palpitations! Who knew getting this mouth guard would be life changing for my sleep. I 100% recommend going to him!

I have been to many, many, many dentists over my life and have seen it all. It is highly possible that Dr. Choi is the best dentist I have ever had the gift and pleasure of seeing. He is incredibly honest, and he helped with two major ongoing issues that other dentists were adverse to and couldn’t help with that Dr. Choi resolved with quickness and ease - a life long dental challenge! he was incredibly thorough, explained everything he was doing, was very considerate of my needs and concerns, I felt heard, I felt cared for, and I am just overwhelmed with gratitude. This office also accepts ODSP and Canadian dental and was so kind and considerate in regards to our coverage and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. I’m actually tearing up a little bit writing this - visiting the dentist can be so overwhelming and sometimes nerve-racking and Dr. Choi completely put me at ease. This is an incredible practice and dental experience. I could not recommend this office any more highly.

I usually have a good experience with the hygienists/dentists there but my experience with Erika was horrible. I’m not sure if she’s new or not but her technique needs to improve, she was very rough. I’ve never bled so much after a cleaning in my life.

I give Family Dentistry a 11/10. They have the Best staff hands down! Alessia is one of their hygienists and is absolutely incredible, she’s definitely the one to book with if you want painless cleaning with someone with a great sense of humour and I hear all the hygienists are awesome!! I just love how Melyssa one of the front desk staff members makes everything so seemingly easy with billing and scheduling. They are so accommodating and work with you when it comes to booking appointments. The hours are fantastic. Dr.Z is very thorough and explains everything so you can make the right decisions. My teeth are super clean and smooth and I owe family Dentistry a huge shout out!!!! Thank you guys!!
