I had an appointment with Dr. Mitch today and I’m so impressed! He was absolutely amazing, very kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. His hands are so gentle, I didn’t feel any pain during the entire treatment. It was truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Dr. Mitch, for your excellent care!

I would recommend this practice for people with anxiety. Previous experiences elsewhere left me feeling avoidant and fearful for *many* years. Was advised to see a dentist for my issue by my family doctor, chose this dental practice purely based on location. Had a consultation, follow up, and root canal procedure. They were very professional, but also kind. Observed good infection control practices throughout the office while passing through. Options for sedation exist at this location; I went with Nitrous. They were very particular and knowledgable about administering the medication and monitoring my responses (I was worried it would be too strong). Monitored my blood oxygen level and blood pressure. Dr. Mitch Savoie performed the procedure, he explained things as he worked which helped me feel more comfortable. They made sure I was actually numbed before proceeding, but also explained which sensations are expected and okay (I have sensory sensitivities and resistant to anesthetic). They let me put in my earbuds to listen to music for comfort after they knew I was okay with the numbing etc. Holly assisted, she was in tune with all my responses looking for queues if I needed to stop- the whole time- which made me feel much safer in the moment since I dissociate or lose my words sometimes. Explained my particular reactivity and concerns in real time, they were quite mindful. Had two anxiety attacks, they allowed space immediately, allowed time to recentre, checked in if I needed anything, literally dried my tears and waited for me to say we could proceed. No one made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about my level of anxiety, no one implied I took too much time for getting anxious. Also the fees were much less than I had imagined!! Excellent prices for the kind of procedures they’re performing and the education/ skill necessary. Was expecting to pay much much more. They offer payment plans (I don’t have dental insurance, private pay) Feeling comfortable to resume regular dental care visits now after 17 years. Grateful to have had a good experience, thank you to all :)

I’m not Jaxon. I’m a family member using his gmail to share this review (I have hotmail). I went to see Dr.Ernie as I’ve had a problematic issue for many years & was subsequently told each time it was everything but the actual issue at hand. Therefore, I lived with it & by default treated it myself with a variety of solutions that helped for the interim, not resolving the issue longterm. He knew what the issue was merely by listening to me explain & having a look. The x-ray confirmed what he thought. He completed the necessary work a few days later, and for the first time in many years I can now eat and drink on that side of my mouth. Truly miraculous in comparison to what I’ve endured trying to compensate & manage this issue on my own. I’m very appreciative for his experience, efficiency, and also being very personable. I have dental anxiety if you will, and I was at ease. The staff are equally as wonderful, specifically Carrie, who assisted Dr.Ernie during my treatment, and Laura who has patiently accommodated each appointment as per my availability. I have happily switched to this dental practice on a go forward. My sincerest thanks and appreciation, Dawn.

All the staff is great at there jobs, friendly and non judgemental. Had a root canal done there, 99% pain free. The pain i did have was very minor, 10/10.
