I don’t recommended !! Please add little money and buy good quality equipment…. All equipment I bought from this company were broken after one month use, chiller, proofer, mixer all equipment. And if you ask them to come to fix, they will come after 3 weeks. Most all of their stuff they don’t speak English and even Arabic. Very sad and very angry of this company ….. till now all equipment which I spend to much money not working …

So where to start... Iam so sorry of my self for chasing this company. High management are mostly liar's. Say one thing and offcourse- nothing what is agreed they do. Falcon equipped my all kitchen and now I will start giving review of every item separately. For instalation crew all best to be clear. I must Shere my experience so no one have same issues as me.

Very bad customer service very very bad … Iam contacted (042053444) this number this lady she escaping my questions I buy new one cake oven I said I want to fix this oven … I request this .. then she give one number RANGEN Iam called this person . This person said send me WhatsApp after 1 hours no response 😀 and also suddenly cutted the phone .. again I called customer care lady she “bla bla bla my team contact you“ agin Iam waiting nobody contacted me… I don’t no dear owner how solving customer issues your team . untill now not fix my problem … dear owner please help me please 🙏… it’s not benefit to tell your staff that’s why I am requesting you … thank you
