Honestly, some of the best beer in Hamilton. Really popular with the University crowd and offers plenty of amazing beers on tap to choose from. I recommend the High Grade to pretty much everyone I speak with. I definitely recommend stopping by here on any Hamilton brewery tour.

Found a nice brewery in Hamilton with yummy beer. Fairweather Brewery on Ewen Road. Nice variety of craft beers. Good sized outdoor patio, groovy chill music, and canned brews to take home with you. They have Covered Bridge Kettle Chips for some munchies to have with your beer (BBQ ones are yummy). If you're in the area down from McMaster Hospital, I'd recommend popping into giving them a try. I will definitely return on my future trips to Hamilton

Stopped in for quick tasting as we have had their beer at an event and really enjoyed it. The brewery is very inviting and love the evening lighting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do not have a food menu but said you can bring your own food and enjoy their beers which is a fun idea. Took home a 6 pack of our favourite beer “upper Crust” and will be back again.

Fairweather is one of my favourite breweries in the city. All of their beers are top quality and the atmosphere of their sit down area is a really lovely vibe. They also have an outstanding patio to enjoy during warmer months. My personal favourite drinks are High Grade (a near-perfect IPA) and Silky (a porter that gives a guinness a run for its money). Highly recommend!
