I've lived at a Fairmont property for more than a decade. Joey & Danita are easy to communicate with, helpful and fair. The resident portal is easy to use for paying rent and putting in maintenance requests. Highly recommend.

I had constant maintenance issues at a Fairmont property - some were resolved, some happened repeatedly. It shows that the apartment is not well maintained. It was exhausting. There were also administrative issues to deal with in just one year living at this property. I do not recommend, please avoid.
