I had my wedding June 24th and I contracted Fabrication Events services. The day before my wedding day the draping was not installed properly and the team had to come back to make adjustments. When the team arrived one of the gentleman that was onsite was making inappropriate remarks to one of the staff members at our venue and had been drinking that day prior to coming to the venue. After voicing my concerns through my planner she contacted someone at fabrication events and they began to discuss about possible reimbursement due to the multitude of issues that the company presented us with. After conversation with the manager Phillip he made it clear that they were not going to return any of the money we paid because they felt as if they “fulfilled their duties based on the contract”. As a client we pay for the work to be done, but we also pay for PROFESSIONALISM and this was far from professional. I don’t feel like the situation was handled appropriately. I hope another bride doesn’t have to deal with things of this nature happening at their wedding.

Very responsive, flexible and professional. The ceiling drapery the Team provided was gorgeous and the Team even did a mock up video of how certain drapery would lay. Working with them was great!
