I can't overestimate how much of a positive impact it makes to my little business to be able to get next day delivery on so many great products with a really reasonable minimum order. The orders always come in record time and as scheduled. Any time I've ever had the smallest problem it's been no trouble for them to fix. The staff are always super lovely and friendly too. I had my first visit today and I couldn't be happier! The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly & helped me to navigate through the warehouse and find what I needed. There aren't any prices on the items/shelves and things are a little hard to see at first glance but once you get to understand their system a little it gets easier. The staff recommend making a shopping list by using their website and then printing out your basket. They're happy to find anything that you can't & it's very easy to spend loads so the £50 minimum isn't really a problem.

As a new customer, I have placed a few orders and every single time, the service has been outstanding. Just one thing though, any chance of a different courier. Several serious problems with the current one at this end!!!!
