I had a very disappointing and unpleasant stay at Hotel Classic, Karol Bagh, Delhi, booked through Cleartrip. The room provided was completely different from what was shown at the time of booking – misleading pictures and false promises. The condition of the hotel was terrible: • The window AC was fixed in such a way that it blew cold air directly onto the bed, making loud noise all night. • Bathroom was dirty, not maintained, and did not even have a basic health faucet. • I shockingly found a nosepin inside the bed, which clearly showed the bedsheet hadn’t been changed for ages – very unhygienic. On top of that, facilities like pool and morning breakfast mentioned on Cleartrip’s website were not even known to the hotel staff. When I asked for a room change, the management first promised but later denied availability and behaved very rudely. This hotel is completely unprofessional, unhygienic, and misleading. It caused severe discomfort and stress to me and my family. I strongly advise others not to book this hotel and request platforms like Cleartrip to blacklist it to protect future customers.

Found towel was used not changed before check in, requested to change with new one. Room wall white wash was coming off, WC was dirty, water taps required need attention as they were broken. More important hotel was not accepting cards just to save taxes. Asked me to withdraw cash from ATM for payment. If you bringing family, I won't advise on my experience. I was traveling to overseas and I needed a halt in Delhi for one night. After seeing the facility I didn't bother to stay and complain and sleep in hotel. I stayed at my friend's place over night. Next day just had shower and catch up with my college friend and left for airport to catch my flight to Nz. If you looking for few hours stay, go for it otherwise go to other hotel. There are plenty of nice hotel in same price range.

There are Zero stars for rooms, no hot water, it dripped and did not run. The rooms are old, and have mould on walls. The sheets are stained and old and are grey no longer white. The duvet inside the cover looked like it was donkeys years old. The staff were friendly, however the hotel will only be remembered as the worst of our trip - you get what you pay for, it was not the cheapest place we have stayed but by far the yukkiest. Location was fabulous for shopping.

Check out and go to a different hotel? I must admit, I have never thought about the hotel owner and whether they “disrespect me”. It depends what has happened I think, but generally hotel owner don’t go round disrespecting guests, and it is a bad idea to start assuming that it’s all about you, when some incident may have had nothing to do with you at all. “Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity” is a good adage, and you might add bad timing to that as well. they were very rude behavior I request everyone to stay in some other hotel and if my family and friends come to Delhi, I will tell them to go to some other hotel.
