Megan GreggTwo days before Christmas, our oven stopped working. We have used EZ Fix before so they were our first call around 8am and by 8:40, Eugene was at our door. The part that stopped working for our oven is discontinued, however, Eugene made some calls to arrange a specific repair and even had the part transported there and back. On top of that, he returned with the part at the end of his long work day to have it reinstalled and our oven working for Christmas. Beyond grateful for this above and beyond service. Will always recommend this company!
Megan BellOur dryer was making very a loud squeaking noise Sunday night, I called at 8pm and was able to make an appointment for the very next day! Eugene was fantastic, right on time, polite and knowledgeable. He was prepared with the right parts and fixed the dryer on the spot. He not only fixed our problem but he cleaned the entire dryer of lint, reattaching the venting tube that had slipped, not even related to our squeaking, he did this for us!. Eugene even vacuumed up the lint from the floor. We couldn’t be happier!! The best experience with a repair ever!
