EZ TAG Store - West Area

The management at the HCTRA North Side Store is amazing — they truly welcome you like a VIP. Ms. Veronica was especially impressive; she is professional, effective, and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude that exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The entire team demonstrated what it means to deliver first-class service, regardless of who you are. They turned an ordinary visit into a great experience, and I left feeling genuinely appreciated. Thank you to Ms. Veronica and the team for setting such a high standard in public service!

Fabulous place and can’t believe it’s a government office. So nice and professional environment. Clean and courteous staff . Brushanda Gross she is very helpful and has patience and tolerance. I took almost 30 minutes but she never forgets to smile . She is an asset to this place.

Someone named Christopher posted a terrible review. I can guarantee you this, he’s probably a miserable person and was rude to the staff. I’ve been to every EZ Tag store in Houston. This one is by far the finest, the most competent, and the most engaging staff of anywhere in Houston. Ignore Christopher‘s comments.
