Ordered from a local restaurant. Said 50 minute wait - that is long for a weekday night with drizzling weather. At 60 minutes the app was not updating. We called and the phone representative had no idea. They called back and said original driver stuck in mud. No mud along the way to this restaurant. Said they were sending another driver. So 2 hours later food arrives. One guess about the condition of the food. We had to call them. They had no idea that this was happening with their driver.

Scam. Last three orders have processed all the way to saying they were being delivered only to get a call saying "Driver had family emergency sorry your ordered has been canceled." Do not use this service!

Ordered at 8 pm. Sight said 38 minutes, email eta 8:42. At 9:30 pm my food was finally delivered. Incorrect order. They wanted me to wait another 30 minutes, yeah no! I asked for cancelation of item. Was told no .Wouldn't refund the Incorrect item. Reporting to BBB. Have to dispute charge. Don't give them your debit card #!!! Minus stars if possible

I placed an order and included an appetizer in the order for 9 dollars. Well the appetizer was not there. There has been no way to contact them about a refund or to receive my food. If there is no accountability i will not use the service. **updated*** i was contacted about the missing item and it was removed from my ticket so i will not be charged for it. Very polite and thorough.
