Outstanding service and customer service. I could not be more pleased. My Sillhouette frame was discontinued so I was going to have the hinge repaired. I received a call and they had compatible hinges that could replace them. Much better and they look great. I'm so lucky I found this company on line. I had my glasses back in a little over a week with the holiday. Thanks!

Absolutely amazing service! I came in because the screw on my glasses kept falling out, and the gentleman at the shop fixed it quickly and even tightened the frame for me. When I asked how much, he smiled and said it was free of charge. Such kindness is rare these days, and I truly appreciate it. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need repairs or new glasses. Highly recommend this place — not just for the service, but for the people.

I took my wife’s glasses in to repair a broken hinge that needed to be completely replaced on the composite frame. Exceptional Customer service and work. I highly recommend for any glasses or jewelry repair!!!!

THIS GUY IS AMAZING!!! ❤️ I had two pairs of eyeglasses that needed repair; one was a bent-out-of-shape pair and the other had an arm off. The man behind the counter was dealing with a customer so I placed my items on the other side of the counter to get ready for my turn. This "clerk" was then also on a phone call and while talking, walked over to my items and repaired them during his phone call. I didn't even get a chance to say "hello" to the wonderful man. His call ended and I thanked him and wanted to know the charge. He waved me off and said "no charge"! Who does this anymore? He accepted a tip, only after I insisted. I'm sorry I don't know this guy's name, but I think he may be the owner/proprietor. If you need any of the type of services listed on this website, DO NOT HESITATE AND GET OVER THERE! (note: parking is peculiar and the place is so small it's a bit tough to find . . . . use GPS) ❤️
