TigerOn multiple occasions I have bought some material from their online shop and I found their customer service to be great, and everything went smoothly. They offer an amazing selection of high quality material, I often come across things in their store that I didn't even know existed! Despite the huge selection the website has such a good interface so I never struggled to find what I'm looking for. Edit: Oh and their shipping if you choose the cheaper option is really reasonable.. For example shipping to me (different European countrie) is around 5 euros👍 All in all: totally recommend them.

I think in Europe they are the best option for a 1 stop place for people doing outdoor gear themselves . I ordered almost 200 Meters of fabric for well over 1000 euro from these guys online & everything seemed ok & initially i was very happy with the purchase & overall experience, but when the fabric got here to Graz, Austria & i started to cut out my templates i found multiple failures & stains all over the fabric making a large portion of it unusable. This fact was not communicated in anyway to me prior to purchase & after writing their office a few times I have still not received a response. This is unprofessional behavior & not what i would expect from a German fabric supplier. I hope they will take the steps to improve there service in the future & operate more honestly. THE ISSUES HAVE NOW BEEN RESOLVED & THEY HAVE REFUNDED HALF THE COSTS. IT WAS ANNOYING EXPERIENCE BUT IT IS POSSIBLE THAT ALL OF IT WAS JUST TERRIBLE LUCK ON MY PART. IN THE END THE COMPANY MADE STEPS TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE & I HOPE THAT WITH FUTURE BUSINESS THINGS WILL IMPROVE....
