Exquisite Pools Inc

I have been trying to nail down an appointment for a mere conversation about building a pool and an outdoor kitchen. This was based on two recommendations . I am/was very serious and ready to put down a down payment. 6 weeks later still dont have a time nailed down. He does not know with whom he works with for outdoor general contracting. He will not return emails or voicemails (when his voicemail is not full). I had to make all of the follow up phone calls. I called them on this and they/he did not seem to care. I will not work with yancey or his team. My main concern is if they did build the pool (if they ever nailed down a time) and i had a problem with it…how long would it take to get it touch with someone and then how long would take to get the problem fixed??? I did way more than my due diligence; this is a company that appears NOT to value pride in their work.

I wish I could put a negative star. Will not even return phone calls.

My family and I love this company! I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a pool. The owner was very professional and punctual!
