Very disappointint 1st visit here. Difficult to shop as signage makes it confusing what is actually on sale/outlet pricing vs not. Poor customer service, as those working just stood behind the counter my entire visit. Fitting room doors wide open and very messy. Went next door to Loft Oulet- difference was night and day!
