From the initial phone call trying to set up therapy to our first session, Dr. Vanessa was kind, created a comfortable environment to express myself freely and most importantly, made me feel heard. She was great at personalizing a plan that was tailored to my respective needs, helping me identify personal goals + creating dialogue and zeroing in on a plan to help me get there. She was a pleasure to work with and with her approach/experience I believe she is equipped to help individuals smooth out the turbulence they may be feeling in their lives daily.
