I used David from Techprosoft to try to improve my home network and troubleshoot a printer problem for me. He answered the call immediately, felt he could help out and scheduled a home visit. He arrived on time and was professional. Unfortunately, he was unable to give me any useful recommendations on my home network and was unable to fix my printer problem. I was able to able to get the printer working myself a couple days later (needed to change a network setting). I ended up disappointed that he was not able to help out, but would consider using him again down the road.

My small business has always struggled with Internet problems. The Internet companies always telling us we needed to upgrade. Because of COVID-19 and the need to have faster Internet for zoom option we took a chance on Techprosoft and could not be more impressed! David answered our call immediately and met us at the business that afternoon to give us an estimate. We had the internet company scheduled once again to upgrade our speed and David offered to come and supervise them to make sure we were getting what we were paying for. After they left he added additional routers To give us better service throughout our large building, and even noticed our office manager’s computer needed work and upgraded that as well. He came in at 7 AM to make sure his work was completed before our day began. He even listened to me when I said I was hoping the routers would be “pretty” As past IT guys have left unattractive boxes and messy wires on the walls. He did this all within a week of our first phone call to him and saw the urgency for our start date. We just completed a very important four week program and everything worked perfectly. We were a bit concerned about the cost with the add-ons but knew we had to bite the bullet to keep our business alive through these crazy times, but again, we were pleasantly surprised at the final cost! I would highly recommend David for his knowledge, experience, professionalism and kindness! It is also nice to know he will be there for future problems but none so far!
