I have been purchasing chocolates and sweets from Al Jameel Sweets for over a year, and I was initially satisfied with their products. However, recently their service has become very disappointing. I contacted their salesman 8 days ago to place an order, and he kept promising to come the next day—but never showed up.Sir, I am talking about your distributor who comes to the city, specifically the one who comes to the Khalidiyah area in Abu Dhabi. I called him last Thursday and told him that I need chocolates. He came to the city and delivered to the grocery store (baqala). When I asked the baqala guy from where you bring chocolate he tell me Al jameel distributor came last week, If that’s true, then why didn’t he deliver the chocolates or at least inform me? This kind of miscommunication and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their customer service.
