I was sent to this dealer by my company for repair to my Cascadia. Upon arrival myself and my team driver were promptly greeted by the service writer. After he completed his work we were asked to drop our trailer on the designated trailer lot and park the truck. We were advised of the driver lounge upstairs. Now, I have been in a few less than desirable “driver’s lounge’s” but this place totally blew my mind. Huge room with large screen televisions, power recliners, fresh Keurig coffee, and free WiFi. Just through the next door, I found a well stocked laundry room with three machines, with laundry pods and dryer sheets. Two large private bathrooms that were very clean could be found directly across the hallway from the laundry room. When it was learned that they would be unable to fix the issue with our unit today we were quickly taken to the Hilton Garden inn for the weekend until parts could be obtained and installed. There is not much in the way of food within walking distance but DoorDash is available with many great restaurants around for delivery. This place has it done right!

Kit Sutor & Especially Miss Osha S McCoy help me and they have done what they had to do with my Truck and I appreciate Kit to authorize me to leave the Trailer there for my Company Driver to come and pick it up so I am Happy . Best Driver lounge etc and very up to date facilities for the customers .
