I recently hired EX-Home Solutions Incorporated to replace my entire roof, including all the decking, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Julio and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They handled the complete roof replacement with professionalism and precision, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. They didn’t just stop at the roof they also replaced all of the gutters on both the house and the shed, and installed all new soffit on the shed. Everything looks fantastic. The new roof is clean, solid, and clearly built to last. The shed looks like new, and the attention to detail was top-notch. One thing that really impressed me is the difference the new ridge vent has made on the shed it’s easily 10 to 15% cooler now, if not more. That’s a big deal and a clear sign that they know what they’re doing when it comes to ventilation and functionality, not just aesthetics. I am completely satisfied with their work and truly appreciate the care and effort they put into every part of the job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Julio and EX-Home Solutions to anyone looking for high-quality roofing and exterior work. They did a great job, and it shows.
