Walking into EveryBody in Mind Wellness is immensely calming with it's serene waiting room. I went to try out the Crystal Bed and Somadome. Both treatments flew by and I felt like I found a deeper meditative state. My sleep that night was amazing! A bunch of kids were coming out of the yoga studio happily talking about the bears they used for class. Looking at the studio, I can't wait to take a yoga class there myself. Carla is immensely welcoming and excited to bring some cool technology to help us combat daily stresses. I'll definitely be back!

Everybody in Mind is such a wonderful wellness center which provides various modalities for healing - offering both events and cutting edge technology (i.e. the crystal bed, Opus meditation pod and infrared sauna). I've been to several sound baths here and have left feeling relaxed and anxiety-free every time. I love the little shop too which has lots of curated products for healing. Can't wait to return again soon!
