Id like to start off by saying, Juan hernandez at this company is FANTASTIC with communication and working diligently for homeowners to ensure repairs are done and everything is fair and timely. I wish i could say that about the rest of the company. Since taking them on ive cycled through i think 3 or 4 property managers? All of which were horrible, didnt communicate and i had no clue what was happening. Even AFTER juan took over, there was consistent issues with the company as far as accounting, coordinating repairs with 3rd party companies, consistently attempting to gouge me financially etc. When repairs were finally completed and ready to rent, the home ended up being double rented with both tenants finding out and being understandably extremely upset. Even AFTER firing this company im still being charged strange management fee's a month later and having difficulties getting my reserve fee's back. I wish the whole company was ran by juan, or clones of him. but sadly this place is horrible with just a few diamonds sprinkled throughout.
Poor communication. I was interested in a property and had questions about the condition of the home and my responsibilities as a possible tenant.... they were ignored. Not to mention Liz asking me to leave them a 5 star review without/before providing any type of assistance/service.... so the ratings for this company are definitely questionable. I was looking forward to working with them but its hard to trust a company that doesn't communicate well with *potential* clients.. because what will happen if an issue arises when I actually am under contract and "stuck" with them? Yeah... Hard pass.
The worst company ever to rent from. They do not communicate or follow up.Anytime you call they are in meetings. They don’t take the job serious or value their residents. I’ve had horrible experiences with Raquel Garcia. She does not follow up
