Our move in with Evergreen Property Management was super smooth! The team was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. The place was clean and ready for us when we got the keys, and everything was explained really clearly. So far it’s been a great experience and we are so excited about our new home:)

Rolan was extremely helpful with the acquisition of our newest rental property. Answering my questions and addressing my concerns, I do feel that the whole process would have been easier and done all at once e if we could have done things in-person, however the tenant portal is convenient. Nesli is amazing!! This is by far the best property management company that I have ever dealt with. They are prompt and anytime that we have ever put in a maintenance request someone is usually at our house within a day or two. You don’t get that service from any other type of property management from my experience

Today makes the end of our current time renting with Evergreen Property Management. We have been in one of their units for 3.5 years and have loved every minute. We are sad to go, but new city and new opportunities await! Communication is above average. I will say they do not fix ALL things that go wrong , but the things that have happens are all very minor. Would rent from them avaiable and again.
