Thanks to Steve Burton, Josh Gardner and the Revival Restoration team for making my home look new again. Steve and his team was not only able to restore my home, but also many of my neighbors homes due to hail/storm damage. Steve not only conducted various inspections of my home, but also walked me through step by step on working with my insurance to ensure I was completely covered. Revival was able to replace my ENTIRE roof and siding with no hassle. Insurance covered everything outside my normal deductible. Josh the owner of R.R. LLC was able to provide me options for siding materials throughout the ordering and procurement process, due to possible delays. The crew on-site conducting with work were professional and timely, always addressing any questions I had during the restoration process. I was very skeptical when Bill first spoke to me. In fact I sent him away. A few months later Bill knocked on my door again. Bill kept saying it won't cost you anything. So I agreed after asking many questions. All the while thinking it's to good to be true. A few days later my insurance company contacted me to after speaking with Bill. I did nothing except collect the insurance money & pay half down & half on completion. Bill was very patient & caring. He even gave me a ride to the bank. Bill gained my trust when he answered & returned my calls promptly. He is here today doing a follow up visit. My house was a mess. I needed a roof & siding. The work is excellent. I am very happy.

These guys cut every corner they could while working on my house. From breaking the wood on my pergola to incorrectly connecting my dryer hose to the vent to the amount of time they took to come clean up. Yes my house got new residing. Yes it took 8 months to accomplish. Yes I’m unhappy with it. At least I found this issue before I ruined my walls because the ventilation has just been soaking into them.
