I have been happy with Fresh Laser at every step of the way, from my consultation with Brittany, to seeing Megan for treatments 4 times so far, to the results I've seen from the treatments. Megan is thorough, doesn't rush, and takes the time to make sure the treatment area is looked at in detail. She explains what each step of the treatment is for and provides recommendations for skin care based on my skin type. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful as well. This was my first time having this type of laser treatment, so I can't compare it with other places that offer similar services, but I think the quality and level of service at Fresh Laser is top-notch.

Great and safe experience overall with great results. I love how comforting and warming Brittany and all the staff members are. Brittany never hesitates to answer my questions for clarity or curiosity sake. She is very thorough with my laser procedure and takes a lot of care in it. You can tell the staff here care for patients and also love their job. I also appreciate the transparency and no judgement feelings from any of the staff and don't push anything on you - ultimately, everything is your decision. I've always enjoyed my service here and will continue to recommend others to come as well. Results depends on each person but I've personally had great results throughout my treatments and have returned for touchups. I trust this spot and the staff wholeheartedly.
