RagheedMy car broke down in Bremen and my insurance asked the service of this agency to lend me another car. I received a receipt 7 months after that at my home in France to pay a bill and a threat of judicial attack if I don’t pay within a week !!! When we delivered the car back in January we asked if everything was ok and all was ok. And when I called to explain that I shouldn’t pay they should contact the insurance since they asked for the car in the first place, I got yelled at in a very very rude manner and the employee said that he will extend the payment deadline with one day and after it they will press charges and that he doesn’t care if there was an error I should just pay. They are totally and absolutely crazy !
AdrianaI rented a small van (Transporter) and got instead a much smaller Lieferungswagen, on the grounds that someone allegedly had an accident on the highway with the van I rented (only one van available??). No partial refund whatsoever, again on the false ground that the length is identical. The volume, of course not. I was supposed to move house with this mini Lieferungswagen, completely full with two fridges. They played surprised when I got angry. Theft upfront and not even one excuse, because they know that there is nothing a client can do.
