⭐ If I could give 10 stars, I would! ⭐ I had a minor emergency with a 6-year-old in my care who lost a crown that was only a year old. His mom couldn’t be reached, and I wasn’t sure which Dental Depot originally placed it — just that he’d been seen at one. Even though this wasn’t the original location, they got him in at 11 a.m. the very next morning. From the outside, the office looked like every other Dental Depot I’d driven past — but inside, it was something special. Clean, spacious waiting area with long benches, and a charming model train that winds through the entire building — even the exam rooms. It was a fun, calming distraction for kids (and adults!). We had new patient forms to fill out, but we were called back quickly. The dental hygienist was absolutely amazing — she immediately made my little guy feel comfortable, explained everything in a way he could understand, and guided him through several X-rays like a pro. She spoke to him with such respect and care, it instantly put both of us at ease. Then the dentist came in and was equally incredible. She was warm, patient, and understanding. She didn’t try to push expensive treatments and took time to listen and learn about our situation — including how this little one came into my life. She made us feel heard and supported. I was honestly nervous going in, because I’ve seen clinics where Medicaid patients are rushed through with little compassion or bedside manner. This was the complete opposite. Every interaction was thoughtful, kind, and patient-focused. I don’t have dental insurance myself, but when I need care in the future — this is where I’m going. Without question.

Dental Depot is an amazing place!! The staff and doctors are great! Very helpful getting us where we need to go for help, made us feel comfortable and confident that they were going to help any way they were able. We loved how they had it decorated, we felt like a kid again, which we all need to be that silly sometimes, we would recommend them to anyone. They are great!!

When my son tried to speak and tell her she was hurting him she told him to be quiet and he could talk when she was done cleaning. I heard her and thought how rude but didn't say anything. I didn't find out till after he was in pain. I felt it was very rude. If your patient is trying to communicate you should listen. He was trying to tell you he was hurting! I would recommend be a little more gentle and listening to your patient when they try to speak instead of hurrying through the process.

Excellent job! I had 3 teeth extracted last Saturday... and used laughing gas because of past experiences. They made the whole removal of teeth fun! I recommend this place with more than 5 stars!
