We had a fantastic experience with Katie-Lynn cutting my son’s hair! She was incredibly patient and kind, making him feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The haircut turned out great — exactly what we were hoping for. Everyone at the salon was warm and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Highly recommend Katie-Lynn and the whole team! I’ve now had two appointments with Katie-Lynn to start the transition of going blonde! i’m naturally dark haired and she has been really honest and open about the process - making sure we’re taking the right steps so my hair retains its health while still meeting my hair goals. Overall the Sonneck House has provided me with many samples for my skin concerns and has consistently provided a welcoming, clean, and professional environment on each of my visits.
