We have just engaged Gnowee a second time to add a battery system to the solar PV system they installed 2 years ago. The same excellent all round service throughout the entire process. As usual, Horst, their sales person, did an outstanding job in providing the initial quote, helping us do the paperwork, to get both the Federal and State government grant/loan, and always just being a text message or a phone call away in dealing with any issues that then came up. The installation of the battery took place on schedule without any problems, and was done to a very high standard. Nim, Gnowee’s technical support person, then did his usual excellent job of helping us get the app set up for monitoring our solar PV/battery system’s performance and answering all our questions.
