The best thing I heard from the main desk was "I can't make 3 North answer the phone"... Now how unprofessional this experience has been...

I was there yesterday and they treated me very good. And the doctor was letting me know how was everything every other minute I feel so great full. Best ER in all Maryland for me the service is excellent. Since you enter until you go. And didn't let me wait for long time something I appreciate because I'm a high risk patient. 10/10

Wish there was a zero star! My husband needed to get IV antibiotics. Got to the Emergency Department at 2:30 pm…. 9:30 pm still in the waiting room. We left. Terrible! In that time only 2 people were taken back. No staff came out, no one gave updates, nothing! AWFUL 😞
