I had an amazing experience with Rayan while purchasing my iPhone 15 Pro Max. From the very beginning, he was welcoming, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Buying a new phone can sometimes feel overwhelming with all the options and details, but Rayan made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. He took the time to walk me through the features of the iPhone 15 Pro Max, explained the differences compared to other models, and made sure I understood everything clearly before making my decision. What I really appreciated was how patient he was — he never rushed me, answered every single question I had, and gave honest recommendations based on what I was looking for. Something is wrong with this location. I recently bought an ipad pro and air pods. They packaging was damaged and dirty. I asked to change the piece. They had to cancel my order and reorder. I haven’t yet received the refund for my previous order. And I haven’t yet not received the invoice the new order. It’s never happened to me before. Apple is losing it’s quality control.

I am beyond livid. DO NOT GO HERE FOR REFUNDS! Out almost $1,700 because they didn’t process a refund correct. Purchased a phone online that was defective, brought it in store for an exchange. Was advised they couldn’t do an exchange and that I would have to re-purchase the phone and they would refund the other one. This was back in September. Never received my refund. I live 4.5 hrs away and can’t just come into the store. And, since then I have now been dealing with Apple over the phone 4 times and they are giving me the run around like crazy. Incompetent workers all around. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Being told they will do a payment correction re-process the refund, only not to do it and then being told it will be sent to management and yet still no response. I am beyond livid. ZERO STARS. MAKE THAT KNOWN! Shame on you Apple for causing so much stress, and stealing money from hard working people with absolutely no care in the world. Mark my words, if this doesn’t get fixed, I will take you to court.

Crowded with sales people which is good if store is busy with customers. This was the quickest iPhone purchase ever. We walked in, told them what we wanted and in a minute the phone was in my hands and I even didn’t need to go to the cashier. Everything was done at one spot with one sales person. Quick, easy, loved the experience.
